Moderation edit : naming directly a player is against the term of uses of the forum

Yes, I read it, but I wonder how such bad behavior is tolerated by the site administrators. I can understand someone with an intermediate ELO trying to cheat, but it's unacceptable for the top-ranked player. And I'm not the only one complaining about this. Since there doesn't seem to be an appropriate way to report the incidents in the reports, I thought it was important for other players to stay away from such individuals. Don't like my post and want to cover up certain behavior? Feel free to delete it, but it really discredits this site. Too bad!
