How high do ratings go?

I can't find a way to see what the total spread of ratings is. I gather that at a certain point, you get a ranking instead (eg, #1 player). What is that point?

What is the average rating?

My peak rating was about 470 - is there a way to work out what percentile that is?

Thanks.

On the ranking, you have the possibility to switch between current season and all time. All time ranking shows you players sorted by elo at that time.
For carcassone, highest elo registered is 894 by Alexey_lv

To give you an idea, there are about 11,000 accounts on BGA with a current Carcassonne ELO of 200 or over. If you treat this as the baseline score for a competitive player, you can look up your ranking and measure it against that. 470 would probably put you somewhere in the top 10-15% :D
