Developing a game not on the list, special case

Special case: if you know the publisher PERSONALLY, or have some contact there, please tell us so we can help you setup a contract allowing us to host a game adaptation on BGA.
I know a publisher who is already on the list, with two games listed. However, those two games are a bit complex for a first project for me. I have his permission to develop one of his simpler games. How do I proceed?

I've actually got the game logic mostly finished, and it's playable. I'm testing, and prepping to start making the UI something prettier than a table full of mockup cards. Is there someone specific I should be reaching out to?

Hi sparr,

For game licensing questions, please write to us with specifics at the BGA email contact address http://boardgamearena.com/#!doc/contact (or at the studio address, by replacing 'contact' by 'studio').

Also, please don't worry if it takes us a while to answer, we get a lot of emails ;)

Cheers,
Een
