Board Game Arena

I got a bottle tile in my last game, together with some error messages. The tile had a blue frame, which looks the same as the dolphin tile. Was able to finish the game, but I think all tiles in the same column didn't count. What's going on here?

Also, it was the arena mode. I'd appreciate if such new elements were announced, described, and implemented properly before appearing in a competitive environment.

I think it's a bug that you got one in arena mode.
