i'm tryng to understand witch player starts each round?!
The game starts with a randomly selected player, who is given the stating player marker.
https://cdn.1j1ju.com/medias/03/14/fd-azul-rulebook.pdf Page 3 tells us that the first player to take from the center of the board will start the next round, in exchange for taking a floor line spot for their troubles.The starting player places the starting player marker in the center of the table and then takes the first turn.

If you are the first player in this round to pick tiles from the center of the table, also take the starting player marker and place it onto the leftmost free space of your floor line.
