Cancel the game against cheaters without ELO/reputation loss

I just had an awful Catan (base version) with *** and ** (I hope moderator is OK with masked aliases). They were obviously teaming up and playing together, perhaps two accounts by the same user. They team up at the start, try to block you, rob only you and balance the game only after they gain significant advantaged. Annoying thing is you can't do anything about it but continue playing to the end....
There really should be an option to freely cancel/abandon the game and report the players, without ELO/reputation decrease. This can be a very limited permission, that resets on some basis. And it can be a premium only feature.

We are not OK with masked aliases. Please do not name others, even partially. Edited

It shouldn't be, because both the game and the players can be clearly identified.
Have you read

im curious, was there a friendly robber conversation at the beginning of this game? I just watched the first bit of the game, and it feels like a game where people got annoyed at you for refusing friendly robber. just a theory though.

No, there was no conversation. I didn't get a 7 until later in the game. Both players were hitting 7s and kept robbing me only, despite being a player with the least number of points and despite one of them about to build a city.

Maybe both thought independently that it's a valid strategy to rob from the opponent with the highest ELO?

I watched the game and I think you made someone mad because you immediately cut them off. But then I don't see how the robbing was unfair? When blue started taking off, both you and the other player only robbed them. For a while it was fairly even and they were NOT just robbing you... lol. I think this game just wasn't in your favor and you are upset about it honestly

there's also zero rules dictating who a person should attack with the robber. If I saw player A just get wood from the last dice roll, and I need wood, Im going to rob him, regardless of who is in the lead.

Worth reading the game stats before making accusations. Resources stolen are 7, 8 and 11 by playing. You aren't even the 11.

I've been on both sides of the fence here, I see how a player A could rob player B simply because player B just got the resource player A needed. Catan is a cutthroat game here, there are no rules about not being merciless. People play different strategies and so much depends on the dice rolls. If I'm going for development cards then I place settlements at the intersection of Ore/Wheat/Sheep, someone else might place both settlements next to high producing Wood/Brick, and the later will make the best use of the roads however they can, and you can't begrudge them for that, if they block people, that's the strategy that they have available to them. There are people who don't play strategically but are expected to, they may play vengefully, cut people off or steal only from them. There are very high ranking players I notice use it as part of their strategy to play the victim card, questioning in chat why you're robbing them, Lol, it's absurd and pathetic, like begging/demanding players to let them win. Catan is like the wild west, and you'd just better get used to everything, what ever a player can do they will do and you have no business question that, if it's not braking a rule then you are wasting people's time complaining about it, even the moderators know, when you complain about kingmaking which is an official complain topic, they will just tell you to move on - it happens. As the rules go, in the game, it is my right to rob ONLY you, there's nothing against the rules about it, and you have no business trying to tell me or anyone else how to play on their turn or how quickly to end their turn, or anything. Shut the front door already!
