At Polis: Fight for the Hegemony I saw "merchant${s}", "galley${s}".
These mean that ${s} = "s" if more then one merchants or galleys, and ${s} ="" (nothing) if only one merchant or galley? It's bad, because in Hungarian we don't use plural after numbers. (1 gálya, 2 gálya stb.). What can I do with a unneccessary "s"?

The game design guidelines specifically tell developers not to do this. You should file a bug against the game.
