Board Game Arena

I've been playing solo to learn the game.
I've noticed during a round, when a card is drawn, sometimes 2 cards are drawn instead of one.
I've searched the rules and I see nothing about this.
I this a bug? Does this happen in non solo games?

It will draw more than one card if you're unable to cross anything off that turn (which is more noticeable in solo mode because it's less likely that noone will be able to take a turn with 2+ players, though it does happen). Basically, it meant a number was drawn that you didn't have available on one of your boards and you didn't have enough lightning bolts to play a different number. It will keep drawing a card until there is a number you can play (and the animation shows it as all cards being drawn at once, even though it's actually one after another).
