I just finished a game with another player, not solo. We won. We got no ELO boost after the game. Why not? It was on normal mode.

How do you know? Elo is never shown for cooperative games.

That's weird. I never realized that. A win should be counted equally for all players of cooperative games.

A win against who? You need the elo difference between winner and loser.
