Board Game Arena

Hello,

today I've tried to join two Ticket To Ride games: each time, after everyone accepted to play (me included), the game got stuck while loading when it was at 90%.
I wasn't able to actually join the game.

The game loaded for everyone else, I guess, because I was kicked from both games when my time expired even though I wasn't in.

Every other game I'm playing loads and plays as usual: only Ticket To Ride has this issue.
Anything I can do?

Have you tried to reload the web page (F5) ?
You can try also CTRL-F5 to reload the page, bypassing the network caches.
Maybe close all the BGA tabs in your browser, then the browser and then restart it.
Try with another browser or device.

I pressed F5 repeatedly, as did the other tricks but none worked.
Only Ctrl+F5 I didn't know of: I'll try it next: maybe it works.

The game still gets stuck at 90%.

Does it happen with different games too or just TTR?

I frequently have noticed that same problem and when I reload the page I usually find my time has expired. Please fix.

that is what is happening frequently since last week. I am stuck at 45% and it does not load and I get penalty... Also I checked my internet ..everytime it is fine but the loading game gets stuck ,, it is frustrating at times,,, I know it is just a game but still I play only TTR and it happens with that almost 80% of the time I play...
If there is a way to fix it, will appreciate it. It seems like the website gets overwhelmed and stops responding... like server is down or system is too busy, having overload of users...
