Does anyone else feel like they are short staffed at this site?
I'm surprised at how long it takes for a report to be dealt with.

It's almost like they have to hire outside translators to deal with things.
It would be great if they hired more people to deal with complaints/reports.

Here is one example, it took almost three months for the report to be reviewed:

How do you even know when a report has been looked at? Or perhaps the fact I don't know suggests the one I logged hasn't been looked at yet.
It was for two profiles that clearly play together and they keep getting called out for it in chats and/or comments on the game but they are still allowed to play.
