arena level of players settings

I have often read here that people in for example bronze league complain about being matched up against players from higher leagues;
most of them are not aware of the arena settings up to which league they want to be matched up (+/- how many levels)
its often then shown them but it doesnt work or at least for games with very little players there is a certain timer where even the
"I want to never be matched against fails"
had it multiple times for expedition, now for wolves:
https://imgur.com/a/1OuVq0G I am bronze only allow for at my level, "never want to play +/-1 etc" and still got matched up. Its not that i care really but this means something is bugged with the system
