I've participated with enough games with them to be able to tell that these two users habitually help each other out in games. I've had suspicions of their cheating before this and looked into their past games together. It can be seen plainly that they routinely engage in teamplay against other players. Today, I decided I've had enough.

You can tell from their drafting time that there is offline discussion being had outside of the game. In this game, you can see from the first move that there is an alliance between them. At Move 78, it is very telling both these users play in a team. An experienced player will play loki's trickery to stop YGG pillage, but they play suspiciously complimentary cards.

Personally, they're blocked from all my games, and I've reported them. If you ever get on a game with them, consider yourself warned.

Thanks for the warning. I blocked them, so hopefully I won't encounter them in a game.

There is no proper channel to report Kingmaking/Teamplay during games, only when players play each other to increase ELO.

Users who want to report Kingmaking/Teamplay are only advised to block them personally. It does not prevent them from spoiling the gaming experience of other players.

I've made a report about the users via a suggestion report. So far no observable actions have been taken.

Hence, I will vent out my frustration through a badly written poem:

Bloodrage is like a game of Chess
You spend time an energy to device strategies so Grand
After many plays people recognize you as a Master

Kingmakers make the experience a Bor
With no real skills, only cheating to gain traction in Games
