You lost 1 league point because you lost against someone in a higher league and won against someone 4 leagues below. Actually I think it should have been -2, so you can consider yourself "lucky". Note the 3rd player didn't lose any league point, because they lost against players 4 and 5 leagues above.

Then you won some elo point because defeating someone closer to your elo gives you more points than what you lose by losing against someone further above.

Elo and Arena points and ranking are completely separate and independent.

If you are trying to advance in the league system you can restrict your opponents to your league or to +-1 of your league.
