Question about moderation policy

Hello,
I've just had what I consider as un unfair behavior (information about the game in a chat - no name and shame from me).
the policy for 'someone plays slowly....OR givers information in the chat'
is :

Translation
"We fully understand that this behaviour is frustrating, especially in co-op games.
However, we cannot force players to play in a certain way, as long as they follow the rules. => this is fair
Nor can we force a player to play faster: if you find yourself in this situation, you should select a faster time setting before you start playing. => this is fair
That is why, in this situation, you should give that player a Red Thumb rather than reporting them to the moderators."

However, this answer does not seem to address "information about the game in the chat"

Many thanks to help me understand how I can face such issues later.

So, no matter about that ? ...not even a friendly 'please cope with this, this eventually happens once in 100 games and we can't (and don't want to) handle every single game about this'
Please support fair players, even with a message.

You can’t report people for this. Yes it is cheating. But not reportable. Most cheating outside of using multiple accounts isn’t reportable.

It is odd, to say the least. BGS has various policies ostensibly aimed at protecting the integrity of the game, but cheating by way of table talk during an active game is not considered a serios offense.
