Board Game Arena

If I want assistance from staff with a tech issue, it's impossible to find where to go. I did it once before but it took me almost a half hour of prodding around and fumbling and I'm sure that I didn't report in the right place. I can't remember how I did it and I'm not about to fumble around again. This is incredibly frustrating. Why is there not just like a big help button in the upper right corner of the screen or something?

Because that would basically require a full-time person to just answer the same questions repeatedly. $3.50 per month from paid subscribers just doesn't cover it, and that's before you consider the number of unpaid players like yourself.
