Board Game Arena

I have been locked out of SE4X for 2 days, I only play on my cell phone. I was kicked out of 3 games and lost 30 Karma.

How do I get my Karma back? I should not lose Karma for a program problem.

I got 3 notifications, but they are gone now and they are not in the log, so I can't even apologize to the other players. Where can get information on these games?

Same thing happened to me. I had several game that refused to load. I saw a notification saying karma penalties wouldn't be in effect for leaving, but it still dropped me down to 60, which is below the threshold for arena .
