Copy or Export tournament results

Is there a way to get tournament results in order to process them somewhere outside of BGA?

I'm thinking of a copy/pastable list of results after the tournament is finished. We want to get the placement of all the participants so we can do some processing/parsing of them to some outside spreadsheet. Right now the section "Tournament State" shows the results (placement of all the participants) - but only by using some arrows / dragging the screen up/down. But it's almost impossible to copy anything useful from that interface. So right now getting the results is an immense amount of manual work which could easily be automated if there was any kind of result list.

I'd like to have it like this or similar (example for a knock-out-tournament):

1st awesome_player (6 wins, 0 losses)
2nd another_awesome_player (5 wins, 1 loss)
3rd player3 (4 wins, 1 loss)
3rd player4 (4 wins, 1 loss)
5th player5 (3 wins, 1 loss)
5th player6 (3 wins, 1 loss)
...and so on

With some parsing I could easily get the results from a list like this. But I can't find it anywhere. Is there an option that I am missing? Accessing by Copy+Paste would be ok or some export-button.

Would this format work for you:
TheRealC: Rank 1, Points 10, Played 5, Avg Opponent Pts 6.4, Avg Opponent Elo 1481.2
BuzBuz: Rank 2, Points 8, Played 5, Avg Opponent Pts 5.6, Avg Opponent Elo 1473.8
Meeplelowda: Rank 3, Points 8, Played 5, Avg Opponent Pts 4.4, Avg Opponent Elo 1451.8
PingouPingou: Rank 4, Points 6, Played 5, Avg Opponent Pts 7.2, Avg Opponent Elo 1496
Rand-al-Thor: Rank 5, Points 6, Played 5, Avg Opponent Pts 5.6, Avg Opponent Elo 1521.2
Dan027: Rank 6, Points 6, Played 5, Avg Opponent Pts 5.2, Avg Opponent Elo 1499.2
Serkulle: Rank 7, Points 6, Played 5, Avg Opponent Pts 4.8, Avg Opponent Elo 1487.8
seb b: Rank 8, Points 4, Played 5, Avg Opponent Pts 6, Avg Opponent Elo 1512.4
DeeOne: Rank 9, Points 4, Played 5, Avg Opponent Pts 5.2, Avg Opponent Elo 1484
Raginis: Rank 10, Points 4, Played 5, Avg Opponent Pts 4.8, Avg Opponent Elo 1453.2
Juanar: Rank 11, Points 4, Played 5, Avg Opponent Pts 4.4, Avg Opponent Elo 1513.6
Bennozaurus: Rank 12, Points 4, Played 5, Avg Opponent Pts 4.4, Avg Opponent Elo 1506.4
Radix1214: Rank 13, Points 4, Played 5, Avg Opponent Pts 4.4, Avg Opponent Elo 1483.2
Gabyta_sc: Rank 14, Points 2, Played 5, Avg Opponent Pts 4.4, Avg Opponent Elo 1522.2
José Bruno: Rank 15, Points 2, Played 5, Avg Opponent Pts 4, Avg Opponent Elo 1473
Beliminorgath: Rank 16, Points 2, Played 5, Avg Opponent Pts 3.2, Avg Opponent Elo 1440.2

It was taken from this tournament.

If that works, this data is stored in an array called "players" on a completed tournament page. To get it (in Chrome):
1) Go to Tournament results page
2) Open Developer Tools (CTRL+SHIFT+I)
3) Open Network Tab
4) Select Fetch/XHR filter
5) Refresh
6) Click on getOverview.html
7) Show Console Drawer (Esc)
8) Click on AI assistance
9) Prompt: extract values from the fields name, displayRank, points, played, average_opponent_points, and average_opponent_elo as a bulleted list

Interestingly, even though the average opponents' Elo is shown in the new format (4 digits including 1 decimal place) on the screen, behind the scenes the average Elo is calculated using the "ancient" (5 digits including 1 decimal place) Elo format (see this thread to nerd out on that issue).

Was this at all helpful?

Thank you!
Took me a bit to test this ;)

This is definitely helpful. I don't feel comfortable using the AI-assistance so I can work with the Response-Tab directly. Thanks a lot for showing where I can find that.

I wish there was an easier way though, offered directly at the tournament page... some kind of export-results-button or just a copyable table with those values (like a tournament-wallist).

You could definitely extract the JSON and write a script to iterate over it directly. I'm definitely too lazy to do that for something that's not for work, and parsing JSON text has only been relevant to my work once. [It's the only reason I learned to generate .har files which I referenced ages ago in a post about the forum pages loading slowly.]
