Color and star arrangement

In the game announcement thread somebody asked about stars on the cards so I thought I’d go through a few games and see if any patterns leaped out.
First of all, as people have probably observed, the colors are cyclical. Every multiple of 5 (like 35 or 60) is orange, the next card (36) is pink, then (37) yellow, then green and then blue. Then orange again, pretty simple.
The arrangement of stars, it looks to me like each cycle of colors (starting with pink and ending with orange) has the same number of stars. So, this is my understanding of the arrangement of stars:
