Stage Two Single Elimination Game Showing as "To Be Played" When It Should Have Started Two Days Ago

Stage 2 of
this tournament started about two days ago. All the non-bye games except one started fine. I can't tell if that one game is stuck. I can't access the board.
This is well past the time when the game would be waiting for both players to "join."

Same issue for this tournament:
https://boardgamearena.com/tournament?id=559991#stage2
All games have started except for the one with Migalito and me. When we try to launch the game, it is displayed as "on hold" and we cannot change this status.
Any idea how to unlock a game that is on hold?

There is nothing we can do either as players or as the tournament host. I've already written to BGA support about this.

Has this issue been resolved? Perhaps in both of the tournament tables mentioned in this thread, the games in question were on the same server (maybe server #10). You can see the server number in the full URL of the table. Then, it might have just been one server had a bit of an issue which the BGA staff have now resolved.

It was resolved some time today it seems. And it indeed was Server #10.
