Understanding points add or deducted in non-elite leagues

I don't understand the number of points I gain when winning or losing a game.
It doesn't seem to be ELO related.

I expect the following:
When winning:
The higher the opponent compared to you, the more points you get
When losing
The lower the opponent compared to you, more points get deducted

It doesn't seem the case.
It should be a known algorithm like on chess.com

Anyone enlighten me?

You're going to need way more details than that. All you said was "this doesn't seem to be the case". I can just say "this does seem to be the case" and call it a day. Since you're talking about non-elite leagues it's a bit harder to see your exact score, but we still can see how many golds you have in your case in gold league. Leagues are weird in that you can't fall out of them, so there's a floor that limits how much you can lose if you hit rock bottom. But if you face someone higher than gold you can expect to win more and lose less, and vis versa for someone lower than gold, etc.

It's not. Arena (Elite or not) doesn't care about elo at all. Changes in non-Elite leagues only depend on the league of your opponents and yours. Changes in Elite only depend on the EAS of your opponents and yours (which is hidden, but it's there, in non-Elite leagues).

You meant "non-Elite" leagues.

There's another one.

Should arena rank be posted similar to how ELO is put under your name in non arena modes? It would be interesting to see where the opponent is (and where you are). That might remove some of the confusion.

It is, but it doesn't show up immediately on ending the game.
If you go to a completed arena game through the notifications pane (Click your avatar in the top right and then the (!) symbol in the middle of the new pane), you can see the league/rank of your opponent on the results page.

It is also available to see for current games. When you’re in a game, click on the BGA icon in the top left corner of the screen. Scroll down to see the rankings for you and your opponent(s).
