Board Game Arena

Hello,

Very annoying that i can not ask my question in private to a helpdesk or something, ridiculous, i am a paying member.
But here it is: one of the tournament keeps sending me the outcome (king of trains you earned 1 xp) and that message keeps coming back and doesnt stop, pleas solve it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We aren't paying enough to fund that.

There's no private helpdesk or anything similar in the Premium features (https://boardgamearena.com/premium). I don't know why you'd assume you should get that.
