Did I overlook a rule?

I can't figure out why this game was won. The speed was greater than the braking force.

It looks like it is only a replay bug. If you read the game log you will see that blue player used coffee to change his 2 and he placed 1 on the thrust. Orange player placed 3 on thrust. Thus 1+3-2 (wind) equals 2 and they land safely.
I also see on the board a 2-die and a 3-die on thrust and a 2+3-2 = 3 as their total thrust value.
But the game log tells me that they played correctly (it would have been stupid anyways not to use their last coffee).
