How do you know if an individual concedes the game in Backgammon.

If a player concedes the game, the game will end (and using a URL like boardgamearena.com/#!table?table=11956057 will take one to the end-game screen, not the game-in-progress screen). If it takes you to the actual table, then the opponent hasn't conceded -- they just haven't made a move.
