You could always start a private group, might be more efficient

My go to on people who start any kind of quarterbacking or table talk that tips the strength of their hand is “Please let the chips speak. If we lose we lose.” And that has nipped the problem in the bud almost every time for me.

I am curious. What do you consider toxic? As for me, when people in a game start to get insulting, I always ask them to keep it friendly and try reminding them it is just a game meant to be fun. However, if I don't get a move others make, i might ask there motives (usually after showdown). Because after all, they might give me a good explanation or help me learn sth or at least understand them better. Does that allready constitute being toxic (in your opinion) or a QB? I look forward to your reply.

I guess it’s subjective, and things can be framed anyway you choose. In my opinion if you’re asking a genuine question in good faith there’s no problem. But if you’re asking just to highlight people’s ”bad play” then berate them for it and act like there’s only one way to play, then I would call that toxic.
