I have some question regarding the ruling of Utter Chaos

Utter Chaos:
+5 If you lose at least 4 tricks in a row.

Does losing mean having the lowest card or just not the highest?
What if you throw a different suit?
What if you and another player both throw a different suit?

Does anyone have concrete answers on this?

I'm pretty sure losing means not winning.

losing is not winning.
can reformulate the rules as : +5 if not winning 4 tricks in a row
