Board Game Arena

I've seen this game recovered and taken down several times. Is like they take it down for a while, then it comes back, then down again and so on and so on… Does anyone know what is actually happening?

I have not noticed it coming back, but the unpredictable nature of this release and/or how its status is communicated is worrisome to me about the BGA platform at large. I've treated BGA as a place to play games, and if games start to leave the service without communication about it, I worry it will become more like Netflix or other services where you never know what you could be playing there.

If this is some publisher agreement, that is, personally, a bummer as it would make me hesitant to play games without knowing how long they'll be around. There are plenty of games where I only really can play them on BGA because the friends I play with moved away from me, and if those games got removed I would be pretty bummed.

What do you mean? From the moment of its release, I believe even as beta, it was stated in its description that it would be available during a limited time, then it was said that at least for 6 months. Then when it was removed it was also announced. I find it was quite predictable.
