Player is Incompatible message

Hi,

Has anyone else had this issue? I create a table for a game that everyone and anyone can join. There are no restrictions set for the game. But sometimes a person will join and a message pops up in red saying "A player is incompatible" and they are not able to join. They keep trying to get in the table and it automatically kicks them out of it every time they try to join. Some get mad and ask why can't I join the game? I try to say I have no idea why there are no restrictions and I feel bad. I don't want people to be upset and hold it against me when I am the "table host" and I am not restricting them and they are "incompatible" in some way.

Is there a way to fix this? It has happened a few times.

Thanks

Maybe someone else at the table previously gave them a red thumb?
Or maybe they put in their own settings that they never want to play with some of the settings for your table, like an expansion or a specific speed.

Although I would have imagined in either of those cases, they wouldn't have been shown your table in the first place.

I had same many times. But if I'm not mistaken for me that was alpha/beta game only so I put blame on that. If that happens on other games too, that
is bug of some sort.

Unlikely. When someone try to get to a table with red thumb, that person never join's table, and get message about that. What Babs112 describe is something else. If I understood correctly.
