I could not find myself in the ELO alltime rankings of the games. Is this a feature ? and when why ?

Is it a game you haven't played in a long time? After some time of not playing, players are removed from the ranking.

were several games e.g. last play in march, found me only in the ranking of the game I played today. After which period you are removed ? Thats not my unterstanding of alltime

I don't know the exact number but it's roughly a couple months. If you play a single game, it will restore your rank to where it was.

Unlike Arena, you can't sit on your all-time ranking indefinitely. But as, mentioned it is only hidden, not neutralized. Once you play a game again it will be visible again.

Well... you can't in Arena either, as it is reset every season (3 months). Or what do you mean?

Obviously it resets, and that context is understood by anyone who plays Arena (and those who don't won't care). Within that context you can play one week, then sit out for almost three months.
