We sincerely apologize for the downtime that occurred yesterday from 17:00 CEST / UTC+2 to 22:00 CEST / UTC+2.

The issue was caused by a major network problem on our hosting provider's side, which rendered our machines unresponsive, including our backups. To address this, we had to urgently reconfigure the service, which allowed us to restore functionality.

Please note that all Karma penalties incurred during this incident will be automatically canceled.

Further operations will likely be necessary in the coming days to ensure everything is fully back to normal. We’ll do our best to minimize any additional disruptions.

I also got a 503 error message today for the past hour, now it seems ok again?

And all karma points because of this incident? Because during this incident we weren't able to play which cauaed several exceedings of time?
