I always play with the same group of 3 players and I don't manage to have a different order : the first player is different but always the same order in 10 games with/without rematch.

I tried inviting players in different orders but it does not seem to affect direct order ?

As long as BGA doesn't change anything on their end, the solution is to ask the developers of this game to configure the game for random seating.
