Is it my imagination, or do you receive more ELO when you win going first?
If not, this should be. Nice counter weight to the disadvantage of going first.

In the help section of the site, you can find a section which explains the ranking.
It doesn't seem that the "first player" thing is a parameter in it...
And I don't think it should be...

I'm pretty sure if you pulled the stats from any player above 1800, the player going second will win by a heavy majority.
It is such an incredible advantage, that games between equal players are nearly completely determined by this.
Even if a player starting with the advantage token manages to lose round one, he has to win round 2 within the turn cap or he'll eventually lose the final round.
more times than not at least.
