Have you contacted the publisher and got their approval about this game being on BGA?

I have. I have not heard from them. Its an old avalon hill game and own by Hasbro.

I dont think i am at a level to get notices… so sad

You could see if you can reach out to the original designers if they know exactly who has the licensing, because its a bit murky if Hasbro got them back after Valley games ceased to exist.
