Tie Breaker

I just finished a tournament game where it was tied:
https://boardgamearena.com/10/azul?table=872163275
The tie breaker was also tied.
The results show me with a win.
The tournament bracket shows my opponent as advancing.
Does anyone have any idea how either of those results is determined?

Where does it show a win? I only see a tie (both 1st) in
https://boardgamearena.com/10/azul?table=872163275
Where does it show your opponent advanced? I see you advanced in https://boardgamearena.com/tournament?id=490057#stage2
From what others have said elsewhere, I believe in such cases the older account advances, which agrees with the result here (you're a member since August 2023, you opponent since December 2023).
Strike that, I got the names backwards. It was they who advanced, and it was theirs the older account.

Yes, I see that in the game, it only shows a tie. There is minor change in ELO (+1/-1) and I interpreted that as a win.
In the tournament bracket, I see jackraay in Step 2 Match 4, and my name is crossed out in Step 1, Match 8. It does say I was 1st though, but so was jackraay.

The elo change was due to a tie. The higher rated player (they) loses some, and the lower rated (you) wins some. They were expected to win after all.
I completely messed up your names. I don't know why I thought you were jakraay. The part about the account age stands though, I just said you were the older and winner, but it was them.

Thanks for the info on seniority being the tie breaker.
