Radar does not trigger

I think I found a bug with radar triggering.
If Angela performs two movement points as part of the same Action card and enters two different continents that both have active radars (for example, Africa → Asia), only the first radar is triggered. The second radar does not trigger, even though Angela enters another monitored continent during the same Action card.
According to the rules, a radar should trigger each time Angela enters a continent with an active radar. Therefore, in this situation both radars should trigger, in the order the continents are entered.
