Non played faction boards

Where can I see faction boards and faction tech of factions NOT being played? 
If you have a premium account for hotseat, or a free account with 2 friends, you can make a friendly mode draft table. Or, join a normal turn based draft game.
Then you can browse all the components before you choose.
