This is the current premade maps of TI4 base game on BGA as per July 2026 and September 2026 With D premade variants


The A preset maps is from the Learn to Play rules from the Base game.
B and C is different premade variations made by the BGA TI4 Developer GTSchemer.
D are are balanced open balanced maps made by me (TomKy) with some inputs from other players.

Yeah, sure.

Uh, I feel like 4 player Premade Map B is incredibly lopsided. There's three home systems with great planets and 9, 9 and 11 combined value, and one home system that has access to a measly two planets that add up to 5. If you're going for fair and balanced maps, this one needs a redo.

I assume you mean the one without hyperlanes?

With approval from the publisher, an update was made to 4 player Premade Map B. This slightly adjusts tiles, moving one asteroid field away from a home system.

It would be great to have this topic pined to top of this game forum, so people, especially new one, know how maps looks before they decide to choose them. But I don't see a way to report that to moderation. Anyone know how to do it?

Map D is now live. I don't know if moderators are able to pin the thread, but it is linked from the How To Play section.

Imgur cannot be viewed in the UK - is it possible to make the images available elsewhere?

It may be possible to use imgdrop.us to host, and embed from the Amazon link in the corner after uploading. I sometimes use that.
