Suggestion: debt for non-neighbors

Just a friendly suggestion - I think it would be useful to add the ability to offer the x-1 deal to non-neighbors when playing Trade. As it stands, x-1 is only an option if you are a neighbor - if you want to offer a refresh for a future TG, you have to do individual verbal deals to each non-neighboring player. I think it would be awesome to offer x-1 to the table, and have that default to a verbal agreement to non-neighbors.
I love that this version includes x-1, but this would be a QOL upgrade!

Unlike neighbor X-1, debt meta is not approved by the publisher at this time. Of course, players can still manually make notes and do it if they want, but it is not a programmed feature.

1) Create political, highly competitive pvp game.
2) Add mechanics that allow exchange.
3)????
4)Be mad people use debt.

I wonder if there's a way to automate setting up the initial agreements for it while still requiring manual confirmation to pay off the debt. That should still be fully within the rules of the game.
