would anyone support the idea of adding a "disable score" feature like other games? to hide until the very end

I wouldn't be opposed to the idea, but if your reason is because you think people shouldn't know who is winning during the course of the game, it isn't that difficult to calculate it manually, at least for those competitive enough (who, me? ) to care.
