Has the game end screen been edited recently?

Is it me or have the game end screens been changed in the last 24 hours? It no longer says winner / victory at game end. Just "Game End" in the banner bar. I'm not sure why that needed editing it was working perfectly well as it was?!
It now seems to be much more laggy across several games and even hangs / freezes completely instead of showing the scoring / final state. Particularly in Innovation where every game is crashing out with a screen pop-up titled "loading game art 0%" and a message saying "Error loading the game! We have been notified". Multiple times now.
Is anyone else noticing this?

Noticed the same and in some games where loads of things happen right at the end, it's not always obvious who won! Seems like a backwards move!

Glad it's not just me. I was always taught if it ain't broke don't fix it. It would seem to apply here rather well.
I agree it seems a backwards step. I'm puzzled why they felt the need to edit it at all. Knowing who won is kind of the point of playing.

Yes, I have that too. I no longer have the end sounds or the Arena progress bar.

Maybe it is linked to the BGA DARK screen mode that was just implemented :

the arena bar has been glitchy for a while. Not showing up at game end then appearing 5 minutes later randomly. Occasionally in batches from multiple games all at once.

It look like BGA is doing another part of "paint jobs" instead of making real fix of things that are broken or could be better. Refreshing layout so people are happy again

I've noticed that they've been making the language "more inclusive". We wouldn't want anyone to get their feelings hurt because they lost a game, right? No, the game is over, but hey, you did the best you could.

I assumed it was a bug, as I also noticed the same behavior - both not declaring a winner ("Game has ended") and freezing when trying to reload the table that the ended game was in (also an "Innovation" game, like you).
