Matchmaking in arena

I know BGA cant make matchmaking just for mars to work different then other games but…
I just played guy who made acc played 2 games to push 100 rate to play arena and got almost hard game (lucky draw) to get 5 points with potential to lose 30-40.
Its just not fair and there need to be solution like elite players can match only with elite or +-400 places in elite that thing just ruin you 10 games of progress and you play vs 500-600 elo player on new acc.

Guy deleted acc after game so only purpose of acc was to destroy someones elo in finish of season.

You can filter by league in arena, but can only do it from the play now screen (not the game home page). There are still 100 elos in elite by the end of the season, but still. You won't get griefed as much.

How many 100 ELO's are making it to Elite Arena?
By defintion you'll have to get passed many players and win more than you lose, which makes you >100.
The problem you describe would come from creating nefarious multi-accounts. Why not target this as the problem?
If you're playing Arena you're not meant to be precious about ELO, you're playing for Arena ladder.
As already suggested there are already filters so you can play only in your own league.

You absolutely do not have to win more than you lose, because once you make (for example) Silver you can never drop back down to Bronze, and once you make Gold you can never drop down to Silver. To make it to the next tier you only need to win 3 or 4 straight, so you could lose 20 and then win 3 and be in the next tier, and repeat that a few times, and you've lost far more than you've won, but hey, you're in Elite!

Loads. Tons. They can't drop once they reach a new tier, so enough games (even if you lose more than you win) and you will reach Elite. You've completely misunderstood why it's a problem.

Again, then you are targeting a solution not really fitting the problem, why not try are introduce a system where you can be demoted from the league. Or get less points each game so it's that much harder to string 4 wins in a row to get promoted...
The OP is talking about a person who is ELO500-600 playing on a new account.
Which type of player exactly are you describing? It's not me understanding the problem properly. More like you're not really describing the actual problem properly, if there really is one.
By
loads and tons, what kind of percentage players in the Elite league?
Are these meant to be genuine ELO100 players or nefarious alt-accounts trying to destroy other peoples ELO?
Even if you're 100ELO you have still managed to get through 2 leagues of good players, (and also got to elite last season) that's not going to happen by accident. If they are really that bad (genuine 100ELO), then you are going to beat them, and you'll only be encountering these players very infrequently.
If they are nefarious alt-accounts, then you should soon get your natural ELO back. Absolutely annoying for the individual, but I can't see how or why so many people are actively trying to do this. If anything the pool of elite players is so large, they can't really be effective trying to achieve higher ranking for themselves by bringing down others. And again the real solution would be to try and stop alt-accounts being generated in the first place.

I am talking about arena. Guy i played had 3 games just got a chance to play arena and game matchmaking him with me. I was elite top 100 player he got new acc and 4th game. So there is no filter for arena i am not talking about casual play.

There is a filter, you just need to learn how to use it... There is a cogwheel where you can set your preference to only play against elite player (they may be 100 elo but hey at least they are elite this season)

So extremely unlikely and takes a huge volume of games for this player.
If there winning 1 in 7 and it needs 4 games, that's atleast 7*7*7, more than 300 games. And just for 1 league.
When you meet them (highly unlikely) then you smoke them and get some free arena points, big whoop. Not a problem needing to be fixed imo.
