Yes, the game is balanced. Publishers tested it over 1000 times before releasing the game and here are the results : 48% winning for Angela, 52% for Jessah (FBI)

Thats great! With playing each role once it felt a bit like Angela has an advantage. But maybe its just a lack of skill so far
