Winning with a "weaker" teammate lowers ranking

Not realy a problem for me but i reviewed some past games and realyzed your teammate in a 2v2 game will be accouted as opponent for your ELO.
And to make worse even if your team loses you will lose additional ELO-points when your teammate has a lower value.
I am a casual player so i have no real issue with it, but if others want to address this further maybe a change in the system couls be proposed.
