Dung Collector outside of harvest

I may have found a way to trigger Dung Collector outside of the harvest.

Consider these three cards:
  • Pig Breeder (A165): "When you play this card, you immediately get 1 wild boar. Your wild boar breed at the end of round 12 (if there is room for the new wild boar)."
  • Pure Breeder (D167): "You immediately get 1 wood. After each round that does not end with a harvest, you can breed exactly one type of animal. (This is not considered a breeding phase.)"
  • Dung Collector (E90): "Each time you get 2 or more newborn animals, you can pay 1 food to plow 1 field." (Clarification: "You must be able to accommodate each newborn in order to get it.")
Suppose I have all three in play. Round 12 does not end with a harvest, so at the end of round 12 both Pig Breeder and Pure Breeder (suppose I choose sheep) resolve.

My question is: Is this a single simultaneous event in which I "get 2 newborn animals", triggering Dung Collector, or two separate events of 1 newborn each, which would not trigger it?

Additionally:
  • If simultaneous: must I be able to accommodate both newborns at once, with no converting/releasing of animals in between? If separate: do I choose the order, and may I convert or release animals between the two breedings to make room? (I assume yes for both)
  • Since Pure Breeder lets me pick any one type, may I pick wild boar and get a second boar newborn in the same end-of-round-12 moment as Pig Breeder's?
