Board Game Arena

Do you find the new arena format with 3 players better than the 4 player one? I sincerely find it too luck dependant. Yes, the matches are faster, but usually you don't even get to re-shuffle the deck and in this way whoever gets the X2 (especially if towards the end of the deck) is likely to be the winner: there is not enough time/cards to recover the gap or freeze the player ahead.
What are your opinions?

Not loving the 3 player format... I agree that the deck rarely gets reshuffled. I am also wondering about not getting stars for getting 2nd place to try to reach Elite status... thoughts?
