Looking for developer

Hey everyone,
I am very very new to everything to do with programming languages. I am also a game designer. My company launched our first game last year and we are looking to get it on Board Game Arena. We will be launching our expansion / 2nd edition this spring, and no one on our team knows anything about development.
I am looking for someone willing to take on the task of teaching us some of the basics, and converting our game into something playable on BGA.
Our game is called Button Bashers. Here is a promo video for our first edition to see what we're all about.

the game has been updated significantly since then, but I can work very close with anyone willing to take on the task.
