I disagree with this. I've had games where players refuse to trade weapons even though the weapons would be better in the hands of another survivor (e.g., Lou has the Army Sniper Rifle and won't share it with Tiger Sam).

There needs to be a compromise, and I understand your point because I've had that happen to. But getting the right weapons to the right people is a big part of the game. And if people aren't going to give up weapons, then sometimes we need to just take them.

Imagine if, for every trade, the other player was asked. This would slow down game speed by a lot.
Since this is a coop game, one would assume that players behave as informed as possible.
