Do I get bad karma leaving my own sologame? The systems told me so

From what I see, the game that you would have got a penalty for leaving is the 3 player Terraforming mars game that happened about 18hrs ago.

I don't think you lose karma for leaving a solo game

Funny. I specifically got a message from the system telling me about that that certain game wouldn’t result in a drop of reputation because it was my first game.

Okay. I watched a video and I learned that a sologame can be ”learning”-mode, and therefore there should be zero penalties.

I have never seen any message saying that quitting a game would not result in a karma hit, and am unaware of any such policy. Seems weird for a site where "Leav[ing] a game in progress on purpose" is specifically listed as against the code of conduct. Seems very weird to turn around and say "Well, ok, just this once." ??? The first time you play a given game, you do get twice as much time added to the clock each turn (though the cap remains the same), but that's the only change I'm aware of for a first game.

Solo games can be weird things, but I do not believe there are any karma hits due to leaving a solo game, as you are not impacting any other players (which is the reason to strongly discourage quitting games). But since you didn't get a penalty from the solo game, this doesn't seem relevant here.

There is such a policy and such a message. I got it the first time I got expelled over 5 years ago.

Also, BalGAmor explains in this thread that "[y]our first time is just a friendly warning, but repeated instances shortly after will result in a -10 or -20 Karma penalty."

Then from what I can see, all is as it should be. OP's Karma is 80, but OP has only played in 7 ranked games (plus one solo). One of those 7 was the quit, another one their clock went into the negative. The other 5 games each increased their karma by 1; new users start at 75 and OP's is now at 80, so no penalty was exacted.
