How is the draft mode working? I can't find any instruction for the online game, just for the table game.

First you choose one card for yourself, then one for your partner, then another one for the clearing (arrow symbols), then click on all remaing cards (paperbin symhol) which will
be removed from the game. Repeat three times.

It is the meaning of the arrows which aren't clear. Do you have to put the cards in the order you just mentioned? Will the cards switch placed then? Or are the arrows symbols to what you wanna do with the cards? It appears to be the latter, but it leaves it up to the imagination of the (first-time) drafter what it means. I'd guess arrow down is keeping, arrow up clearing, arrow left neighbour left, arrow right neighbour right and bin is quite clear. But the up and down are a wild guess.
