Connection problems (IP address range banned???)

Hi,

For some reason I can not connect trough my ISP to boardgamearena.com for the last 24h or so (roughly, I don't know the exact time it stopped working). I know other people too, who can not connect, while some can (all in Finland) - meanwhile, I can connect trough my secondary ISP (mobile hotspot).

Anyone else having problems connecting? I'm connecting from Finland, and when the connection fails, the last point `tracepath` can identify is in France (however as there is no mandated need to / most nodes don't reply to the ICMP requests, the failure could be somewhere else, too .... I believe? I am not a networks expert by any means :D ).

Anyone else having connection problems as of late?

Cheers!

Same problem, cannot connect with my PC from Finland without using VPN. Mobile works fine though.

Doesn't work: DNA cable without VPN
Works: Elisa Mobile, DNA cable with VPN

Possibly related issue: gameknot.com has lag and fails with Cloudflare Stockholm not reaching the target server. No lags with VPN.

It would be helpful to ask help if the problem is related to just one operator. In that case it could be either a routing issue on their network or that an address block which t was already suspected. If it is just DNA then we could contact their support and ask help but if it is something that plagues all Finnish operators then it is routing or caching problem that is probably not fixable by DNA at all - but they might still know who they can contact to fix the problem.

DNA in use here, too, other operators seem to work (however, just at the momoent also routing from DNA connection also works).
